Intervention continues its regular listing of free or virtually free scholarships, fellowship and similar educational openings pushed to it for those academically, culturally and financially situated to take advantage. The listing is published as sent by the respective universities unedited. The argument is that the coming cosmopolitan age makes it worth the while of those who can try. Intervention has no contact with or influence over the bodies and universities offering any of the grants. It only knows that the universities involved are established names in the academic world. And it wishes all those who wish to try their luck well!
