The Nigerian Political Science Association (NPSA) is inviting members of the public to its 2nd Seminar Series on Nigeria’s Democracy, the theme of which is “Towards a more Workable Democratic Order in Nigeria”.
The seminar scheduled for 15th 22nd and 29th of February will feature Prof. Victor Adetula of the Department of Political Science at the University of Jos speaking on “Money Politics in Nigeria” on February 15th. Dr. Musa Yahaya of Bauchi State University Azare will serve as discussant of the presentation on Topic One Panel One scheduled for 5 pm that day.
Prof. Robert Dode of the Dennis Osadebey University Asaba will speak on “Nigeria’s Electorate and the Democratic Process”, topic 2 of seminar One. Prof. Remi Aiyede of the Department of Political Science, University of Ibadan will serve as discussant. The Panel chairman is Prof. Marietu Tenuche from the Prince Abubakar Audu University while the Convener is NPSA president Prof. Hassan A. Saliu of the University of Ilorin.
