The Guest Speakers are Prof Dung Pam Sha of the University of Jos and Prof OBC Nwankwo of the Chukwu Emeka University (formerly called Anambra State University) while the Convener is Prof Hassan Saliu of the University of Ilorin and president of the Nigerian Political Science Association (NPSA).
