Just for those for whom this might be the first time encountering this listing of free or virtually free educational openings in the form of scholarships, fellowship and so on, this is now the fourth round. It is now published under Cover -2- Cover, (C2C), this platform’s knowledge journalism – books, educational institutions, theories, publications, publishers and so on. It is free information for those academically, culturally and financially situated to explore the openings. Intervention has no particular interest beyond bringing them up as information to be consumed and the information is thus published as received. That is without editing. This platform sees nothing wrong in taking advantage by those who can. Intervention has no contact with or influence over the bodies and universities offering any of the openings. It only knows some of the universities involved to be established names in the academic world. And it wishes all those who wish to try their luck well!
