The avalanche of free or virtually free scholarships, fellowship and similar educational openings pushed to Intervention has compelled the opening of a regular listing of such opportunities for those academically, culturally and financially situated to take advantage. The listing would be published as sent by the respective universities unedited. In the age of global diffusion, such might be well worth it. Intervention offers no guarantee whatsoever about any of the offers, the universities making them nor exerts any influence on the processes (of securing or failing to secure the admission and the award or visa). But most if not all the universities involved are established names in the academic world.
