This cover picture should attract critical perusal from the centres of power. Is it evidence of creativity in leadership or an Early Warning from those the society loves to refer to as leaders of tomorrow’?
The tradition of student unionism that managed to establish itself in Nigeria would be shocked by this coming from any Student Union Government, (SUG) anywhere in the country. But here is it – worse than what existing politicians are doing. It is worse because students are expected to be a critique of the politicians in every aspect. In this case, what we see is a poor copying of the politician.
It would amount to homogenising the students to say that they are all like this. But neither can this be dismissed. Has the decay come to this?
