It is voting time but in what appears the presidential uncertainty over whom the First Lady was voting for, he has been caught staring rather curiously into her ballot paper. Is it to be sure or to confirm his fears, whichever one is the case. But beyond the president, everyone else around the president appeared keen in looking into her ballot paper.
The First Lady has fought her wars with the president’s political anchormen to a standstill, calling them a cabal that she says controlled all appointments as well as the president. So powerful that the president once had to ask people to say how he was being controlled by the cabal.
Mister President might have wanted to be sure if the war continued or had been suspended before she took hold of her ballot paper. Some wars!
It would certainly be quite intriguing if the First Lady carried it to the point of voting for the leading or any other contender. But it seems hers is the case of internal critic, not about rupturing the boat. She will go down in history as a different breed of First Lady by Nigerian standard!
