Some past students of the school who would be saddened by the loss across Nigeria
It was a case of temporary mental freeze for teachers and students of the Educational Resource Centre in Abuja, belonging to the Naval Officers Wives Association, (NOWA) as news of the instant death of the school’s Vice-Principal, (Admin), Mr Aondoaver Ugoh filtered in the day before yesterday. Mr Ugoh died instantly in an accident between Makurdi and Gboko in Benue State obviously on a Yuletide home trip.
The details of the accident are still not available but facebook pictures present it as quite a terrible sight, all of which cannot be shown.
The feelers show that it would take a long time before the memories of Mr Ugoh would fade within the community. He is regarded as a major pillar of the school’s determination to restore the old tradition in public schools.
