The letter is categorical, clear in what it wants. If INEC follows the Minister’s letter, then Nigeria might have to wait a bit more for all but the presidential election in Zamfara State. It would be a very interesting scenario. His jump-off point is the return to status quo ante ruling by the Appeal Court.
